Rule of Conduct

I have received, read and understood Grand Sun Rules, Regulations, Policies and Procedures, which are incorporated herein and made part of this Agreement, and acknowledge that I have no unanswered questions concerning same. I will conduct my Distributorship in accordance with the Grand Sun Rules, Regulations, Policies and Procedures, and as they may be amended from time to time. I further acknowledge that all information completed on this application is factual and accurate including Identity Card number and /or Business Registration number (if applicable). This agreement may be cancelled by the Distributor at any time by submitting a signed letter of resignation to Grand Sun. It that event, Grand Sun shall repurchase products purchased from Grand Sun within twelve (12) months prior to the date that Grand Sun received the letter of resignation at 90% of the original net cost to the Distributor, less all commissions, rebates and bonuses paid to the Distributor on or in connection with such products, provided that such products are wholly owned by the Distributor, in original packaging, factory sealed and in re-saleable condition. Discontinued and out of date items are not considered re-saleable.The failure to comply with the Polices will exempt those products from the refund policy. Grand Sun will process refund amounts according to the original form of payment received.

    1. I am legally competent to enter into a contract in the jurisdiction in which I reside.
    2. I have been recommended by my Sponsor and qualified to become a Grand Sun
        Independent Distributor. And Grand Sun has right, on its selection, to approve
        or exclude this application without any further explanation.
    3. I have read the Grand Sun Rules, Regulations, Policies and Procedures and
        incorporated with their reference, and I agree to abide by each of these documents.
        I acknowledge that any violation of the terms and conditions of this agreement may
        result in the termination of my Distributorship and is deemed appropriate by Grand Sun.
    4. Legal husband and wife may have Distributorship separately, but is limited and related as
        sponsorship.
    5. I may terminate this agreement by a written notification to Grand Sun and this voluntary
        termination will be effective as of the date such notice is received by Grand Sun.
    6. I shall operate my own independent business as an Independent Distributor and should
        not hold myself out to be an employee, partner, agent, franchisee or legal representative
        of Grand Sun. I agree that I am solely responsible for my compliance with any and all laws
        or regulations related to my business, including but not limited to license my business, and
        pay income taxes and all other regulations.
    7. W will obey any and all Singapore Federal or local laws, status and regulations
        applicable to me and my business, they are my sole responsibility to conduct my
         independent Grand Sun business. Therefore, I release Grand Sun and any of its
        affiliated entities and their officers, directors and employees from all liability for any
        of my actions or omissions.
    8. I shall abide by all Grand Sun Rules, Regulations, Policies and Procedures
        as amended from time to time, and I understand that it shall be my
        responsibility to be aware of such variation whether or not I have actual
        notice of the same.
    9. I understand that I am responsible for training and supporting any distributors I sponsored.
        And I will perform a bona fide to acquaint distributors with the Grand Sun Rules,
        Regulations, Policies and Procedures, and products privileges, and selling function in
        connection with the sale of Grand Sun products.
  10. In understand and agree that my incomes from Grand Sun will consist solely of
        commissions, and/or bonuses, relating to the in-person sales or other output derived from
        ultimate consumersin the home or otherwise, rather than in a permanent retail establishment
        and perpetual income.  
  11. I agree that I may nor alter, repackage, re-label, re-name or otherwise change any Grand
        Sun product. I further agree that I will refrain from producing, selling and using any Grand
        Sun program, writing, recording, or any other materials for the purpose of advertising and
        promoting, that have not been previously approved by Grand Sun.
  12. This is an integrated Agreement, which also includes all the Grand Sun Rules, Regulations,
        Policies and Procedures. Other than the referred documents, no other oral promises,
        representations, guarantees or agreements of any kind shall be valid unless in writing and
        signed by both parties. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or
         invalid, thevalidity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
  13. Grand Sun has proprietary rights to its distributor network and lists of distributor name.
        Under Grand Sun system, I agree I may not hold a beneficial interest in more than one
        Grand Sun distributorship, and I further agree that I will not use any products or services,
        other than those offered through Grand Sun, and to any Grand Sun distributors whom I
        do not personally sponsor.
  14. I agree that I may not convey, assign or otherwise transfer any rights arising hereunder
        without the prior written consent of Grand Sun.
  15. I agree not to use proprietary trade names, trademarks or other properties of Grand
        without the prior written consent of Grand Sun.
  16. I shall not make any claims, representations and statements of therapeutic or curative
         properties regarding Grand Sun products.
  17. I agree that I sponsor Independent Distributors only in those specific countries in which
         I have approved and accepted as a Grand sun International Ambassador.
  18. I certify the accuracy of all information provided by me in this Distributor Agreement and
        agree that the providing of false or misleading information authorizes Grand Sun to declare
         this agreement void from it inception.
  19. Grand Sun agrees to promptly pay compensation due according to the Grand Sun Rules,
         Regulations, Policies and Procedures.
