The reward you receive in Grand Sun is determined by your monthly PV. There are two value indicators for Grand Sun's products.
      1. PV: It is the basis for calculating reward.
      2. Retail Price: It is the price inclusive of GST that Distributors pays.

TERMINOLOGY:
     ?Personal Group PV: Refer to the total PV of your direct down-lines who have yet to qualify to your position/level.
     ?Personal Consumption PV: Refer to the monthly total PV that is ordered by a distributor above RGSA level.
     ?Attendance SV: Refer to distributor's attendance at Grand Sun's organized activities to emphasize the importance of learning and support (applicable to those at RGSA level and above).
    I、SALES PROFIT 15% ~ 50%
All qualified distributors of Grand Sun can purchase products at retail price and then sell to clients. Because you provide high-quality product and professional post-sales services for them, you will have 15% sales profit of your individual PV as VIP or Sales Representative. Hereafter, as you develop Grand Sun business you will sieve out those interested in doing the business and make them your down-lines. To encourage your sponsoring and growth, the sales profit that Grand Sun offers will be increased when you are promoted to Sales Distributor (DI) 30%, Regional General Sales Agent (RGSA) 43%, Sales Director (SD)48% and Executive Sales Director (ESD) 50%.
    II、EFFORT REWARD 2% ~ 35%
This refers to the distribution reward generated by the "Generation Gap" (difference in level). For instance, a Sales Distributor versus a Sales Representative - a Sales Distributor can get 15% from down-line generations; a RGSA versus a Sales Distributor, - a RGSA can get 6% ~ 13% from down-line generations ; Sales Director can get 5%~43% from down-line generations, and Executive Sales Director can get 2%~45% from down-line generations.
    III、Guidance Reward 7%

Qualified Sales Distributor versus qualified Sales Distributor: He/she can get 4% from the 1st generation, 2% from the 2nd generation, and 1% from the 3rd generation. This reward comes from the sales profit of direct upline RGSA (Qualified sales distributor: must achieve a personal group PV of at least 2,200 PV in that month).
 

    IV、Leadership Reward of RGSA 10%
This is calculated based on the number of monthly qualified RGSA generation and total PV within an organization under one qualified RGSA (for qualified RGSA versus qualified RGSA, please refer to page 9).
?To qualify (includes SD and ESD): must achieve a personal group PV of at least 3100 PV for that month (includes individual PV 100), and also attendance SV qualific ation.
    V、Sales Director Global Bonus 4%
As an appreciation of the effort of guiding and educating down-lines, Grand Sun provides 4% from the total PV of global countries for sales director global reward. This is calculated based on the total PV of qualified SD's personal group and qualified SD down-line organizations (for qualified SD versus qualified SD: please refer to page 13).
?To qualify (includes ESD): must achieve a personal group PV of at least 6200 PV for that month (includes individual PV 100), and also attendance SV qualification.
    VI、Executive Sales Director Global Bonus 1.5%

s an appreciation of ESDs' contributions, Grand Sun provides 1.5% from the total PV of several countries for ESD global reward. This is calculated based on the total PV of qualified ESD's personal group and qualified ESD down-line organizations (for qualified ESD versus qualified ESD: please refer to page 15).
?To qualify: must achieve individual consumption PV100 for that month, and also attendance SV qualification.

    VII、Contribution Reward
In Grand Sun business, in addition to the various bonus, to reward your outstanding performance and contribution, we hold overseas travel and seminar to reward distributors with excellent performances so that each year you will have two opportunities to be invited to enjoy overseas tour and fulfill the dream of travelling around the world-courtesy of Grand Sun. The qualification and reward details will be determined by Grand Sun each year based on the actual situation.
